Hair of the Dog

Hair of the Dog is a small and blossoming business that hand spins custom yarns from dog, sheep and alpaca fibers. Nancy makes really beautiful yarns and products that are a cool way to cherish a beloved pet... and no, the yarn and knitted items don't smell like dog!

I've been helping her update the logo and the look of her printed collateral. These are a couple of the postcards that she'll be printing:

Eventually she'll update the website too, but right now she's concentrating on business cards, hang tags, post cards and skein bands so that all her yarns and products will reflect the personality of her business. Also on the list of projects are a couple pieces of work cabinetry - including a desk shaped like her Afghan hound, Chili. I can't wait to design and build it!

A dirty-orange-kitty-scarf would be SOOOOO soft.... although it make you prone to put everything in tupperware and play fetch with small object.

Wear it to bed and you'd wake up at 3am and tear around the house screaming at the top of your lungs. Could be problematic with the neighbors.
