So far I've only built cabinets that have painted finishes... 'cause it's more forgiving when hiding educational mistakes! Eventually I'll work my way up to building natural finish pieces -- like Brian's mahogany vanity or Dan's oak hutch.

OMG. I want to be Mrs. Oak Hutch!! If only Jib and I had a nice 40s style bungalow to put it in....
Someday when Dr. Zulueta purchases a home perhaps your sister will build you something even nicer. I see you as more a craftsman style than this mission style piece. I dunno. You're nit picky like me and deserve through tenons and distinct joinery. Ya know what I mean? Not fancier, plainer actually -- but something that draws you to closer inspection.
